New ultra-resistant fabric
X50 Tactical is a very robust fabric that stands out. Thanks to its X-Ply reinforcement in aramid, an extremely resistant fiber. This makes it highly abrasion-resistant and lighter.
What's more, this fabric is made from 100% recycled materials.

As with all Arkel panniers, the Metropolitan is equipped with our patented Cam-Lock mounting system with solid aluminum hooks that won't bend or break.

Laptop Friendly
Not only the Metropolitan is waterproof and has a solid attachment system, but it also provides a padded laptop compartment to carry laptops up to 17 inches.
Extra Loading
This pannier features a rolltop closure system and we have included a zipper at the end of the opening.
For example, this allows you to leave the bag unrolled when you stop for groceries. You can simply use the top zipper closure to keep your food secure.
