At Arkel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product does not meet your expectations, you can return it according to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

✓ New and unused
✓ Clean and in resalable condition
✓ Returned with its original packaging

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return

To start a return:

1. Submit your return request through the Arkel Return Portal.
2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions by email.
3. Ship your return within 10 days of receiving your RMA number.
4. Include your RMA number and name inside the package.
5. If you use your own carrier, email your tracking number to info@arkel.ca.

Once we receive your package, our team will inspect the product before processing your refund.

Return Shipping Options

Free Return Option

During checkout, you may choose the Free Return Option.

If this option was selected and paid for at the time of purchase:

✓ A prepaid return label will be provided
✓ Your return shipping costs are fully covered
✓ No return fees will be deducted from your refund

Canadian Customers

If you did not select the Free Return Option, you have two choices:

Option 1 — Arkel Return Label
A flat fee of $30 CAD applies. This includes return shipping and restocking fees. The amount will be deducted from your refund.

Option 2 — Return at Your Own Expense
You may return the product using the carrier of your choice.

U.S. Customers

Returns are made at the customer's expense using the carrier of your choice.

To avoid additional customs charges:

✓ Mark the shipment as "Returned Goods" on shipping documents
✓ Use HS code 9801.00.10.12
✓ Include your RMA number inside the package

If these instructions are not followed, any shipping, customs, or other fees charged to Arkel may be deducted from your refund.

International Customers

Returns are made at the customer's expense.

At this time, we do not offer prepaid return labels for international orders.

Any shipping, customs, or other fees charged to Arkel will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product or size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Important Conditions

• Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly through arkel.ca.
• Products purchased through an Arkel dealer must be returned directly to the original retailer.
• Products must be returned in resalable condition.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the product is used, dirty, damaged, or cannot be sold as new.
• Any fees charged to Arkel upon receiving a return (shipping, customs, or other charges) may be deducted from the refund.
