Shipping
Orders ship Tuesday thru Friday. Exceptions may apply on holidays and during sales.
Email confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation right after you place your order. Make sure you accept emails from ARKEL.
A second email will arrive once your order is shipped with your tracking information.
Customers in the USA : For logistical reasons, noted that you may receive 2 differents tracking number as some products will ship directly from the US.
If ever there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email. If your country doesn’t appear in the list below simply contact us, and we will be happy to help and provide a complete quote with shipping.
USA
We offer free shipping within continental US* on orders over $250 via FedEx or UPS. For orders under $250 a $25 flat rate fee applies.
We ship from Canada and your total at checkout is all-inclusive. We pay the tariffs. Tariffs have been applied to imported goods manufactured in most countries. In addition, with the removal of the de minimis exemption, all shipments are now subjects to U.S. customs duties, brokerage, and handling fees. You do not pay anything extra. We cover these new fees.
In other words, you will never be surprised by additional customs duties and taxes at the time of delivery, guaranteed! If for some unexpected glitch, you do get charged a fee upon delivery, email us a copy of your bill and we will reimburse you.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times will appear in the shopping cart and checkout page. If you are not home at the time of delivery, FedEx or UPS will leave a door tag with indications if another delivery attempt will be made or information on the time and address of the closest FedEx location where you may pick up your shipment.
Due to latest US customs duties changes, we can no longer offer APO and FPO services due to the US freight forwarder companies we have access to.
For logistical reasons, noted that you may receive 2 differents tracking number by email as some products will ship directly from the US.
FedEx and UPS need a physical address (NO P.O. Boxes).
We can ship to a friend of yours. Simply input their address.
*Customers in Alaska and Hawaii maybe charged additional shipping fees to cover a portion of the freight cost.

CANADA
We offer free shipping on orders over $150 with FedEx, UPS or Canada Post.
Transit time in Canada: Unless requested otherwise, orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel from our Sherbrooke, QC facility. Canada Post Expedited Parcel service usually gets it to your door in 2 to 7 business days depending on your location.

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at the time you place the order and it will vary depending on the final weight and destination.

Transit Time For EU Orders: Orders are shipped from Canada with FedEx or UPS. Transit time varies between 4 and 12 business days depending on your location. If there is any problem with your order we will quickly contact you via email. If you have special needs please contact us.

Here's our standard shipping policy for International Shipments including some countries in Europe.
Prices do not include VAT, Duties or Customs fees unless seen and paid at checkout.
Some countries may charge tax and customs fees at delivery, you should check with your local customs bureau for additional information on VAT and Duties, this could avoid unpleasant surprises at delivery.
