It depends on your frame size and needs. Measure your main triangle: from seat tube to head tube along the top tube, and from bottom bracket to this midpoint. The 2.5L fits smaller frames or minimal setups, the 4L works for most medium frames and day trips, and the 5L maximizes space on larger frames for multi-day tours. Check the product dimensions against your frame measurements.

Frame bags work best on hardtail bikes or full-suspension bikes with sufficient clearance between the top tube and rear shock. Measure your available triangle space carefully. 2. These templates are exactly the size of the bags and can be cut and fitted inside your frame to determine the fit.

3. These bags are designed to be stretched tight inside your frame at each of the 3 attachment points. If the bag can't be stretched tight, operating the zipper will be difficult. When in doubt, choose the smaller size.
