Yes! The Dolphin 16L is designed for both front and rear rack use. Its moderate 16L capacity per bag makes it ideal for front loading, helping balance your bike's weight distribution on long tours. The Cam-Lock system works on standard front racks, and the bags sit low enough to maintain good handling.

Dolphins are sewn with taped seams and feature exterior pockets for better organization, making them ideal for riders who want practical waterproof storage with easy access. Orcas use a radio frequency welded construction without exterior pockets for a more minimalist, waterproof design. Dolphins are available in 16L and 24L sizes, while Orcas come in 12.5L, 17.5L, and 22.5L with internal plastic cradles that help them stand upright.

Dolphin panniers use Arkel's patented Cam-Lock system, which allows you to securely attach or quickly remove your panniers from your rack in seconds. It uses aluminum hooks that slide and lock into aluminum tracks for adjustability, and uses bolts rather than rivets for ease of service. The system ensures panniers will never come detached from the rack, even in the toughest road conditions.
